- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- More than 8 years of experience in managing delivery of medium to large modules in a project (Delivery/QA and Testing/Performance Engineering and Control/Maintenance etc.).
- Proficient with technical expertise in specific domain/technology/process/application/system.
- Possess excellent skills and knowledge in IT Management Support Application Testing, System Development Life Cycle processes governance and relevant IT domain environment.
- Extensive experience in supporting performance engineering platforms; e.g. Micro Focus Performance Center, Cisco AppDynamics and Dynatrace.
- Extensive experience in supporting enterprise platforms; e.g. Confluence and JIRA.
- Strong experience in supporting API gateway platforms using products; e.g. IBM API Gateway etc.
- Extensive experience in supporting Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tool chains using technologies including Jenkins, Crucible, GIT, SonarQube, Nexus, Puppet and Electric Flow.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
