⦁ Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
⦁ 3 to 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Data Centre operations management. Experience in managing the Data Centre Operations team in 24×7 operations support.
⦁ Support application development team in the roll-out of new applications, program migration and job scheduling.
⦁ Experience in managing the Data Centre Operations team to perform first level of troubleshooting of systems, network, database and application support.
⦁ Experience in managing medium to large projects related to Data Centre.
⦁ Responsible for the operations and maintenance of Data Centre facilities, including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system, Remote Surveillance System, Card Access System etc.
⦁ Proven experience in managing Data Centre facilities operations and maintenance, including monitoring and control to ensure completion within time and cost objectives.
⦁ Lead and manage participation in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery planning and testing.
⦁ Experience in establishing and enforcing standards and procedures in Data Centre operations.
⦁ Ensure all ISO Certifications and IT security are maintained and updated for Data Centre.
⦁ Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
⦁ Working knowledge of IT best practices and standards such as ITIL service management and processes.
⦁ Excellent written and communication skills.
